When selling a home I have an extensive online marketing system targeting all the main real estate web sites WHICH CONNECT into over 28 other sites. I give my clients weekly reports and feed back on that marketing so we know exactly what the market is telling us. I will never just put a sign in my sellers front yard and hope another agents sells it for me. I am extremely proactive and most of my listings stay on the market less than 30 days.
